  • Two In-Depth Prenatal Visits: Custom birth plan creation, hands-on comfort measure practices, positioning techniques, and labor preparation tailored to your preferences.

  • Continuous Labor Support: Unlimited, 24/7 on-call availability starting from booking, along with continuous, dedicated hands-on care during active labor and delivery until you and baby are settled.

  • Immediate Postpartum & Recovery: Initial feeding guidance, skin-to-skin support, and a dedicated post-birth follow-up visit to debrief your experience and ensure a smooth home transition.

Postpartum Support

Support that feels like sisterhood long after your birthing day. Each 3-hour visit is designed to protect your rest, help you physically recover, and give you space to process this sacred transition.

What’s Included:

  • Customized In-Home Care:

    • Gentle, hands-on recovery support (womb massage, foot massage, etc.)

    • Birth story processing and emotional check-ins

    • Caring for your newborn or keeping older siblings engaged so you can rest

    • Prepping simple, home-cooked nourishing meals and light grocery or errand runs

    • Light household tasks to maintain a calm, tidy environment

    • Infant care guidance, evidence-based answers, and community referrals
